Ok. So now you've optimized and submitted your pages to the search engines, used some of the basic website promotion resources like forums, articles, traffic exchanges and the like. Now you want more promotion resources you can use. I'll call these miscellaneous promotion resources for lack of a better category to place them in.

Below are some more promotion resources I recommend that didn't fit into any of the categories of basic website promotion resources:

LinkReferral - GREAT resource for getting targeted visitors to your web site! Once you add your web site to their directory, you can keep it listed in the top half of your chosen category by simply logging in at least once per day. You can have your web site rank higer by viewing other member sites, providing reviews of their web sites and posting in the forum.

VitalViral - Here's a nifty program that will help you get more traffic from traffic exchanges and generate residual income streams from your traffic generation. Create a free account with VitalViral, receive your simple set-up instructions and watch your traffic start to grow within days.

ClixSense - Basically pay-per-click advertising, but you only pay for the number of visitors you want to receive and the amount you want to pay. You can also target your audience by age, sex, region, interest (eg. home business, income opportunity, etc.), premium members only, marital status, household income and more. Visitors must view your webpage for 30 seconds to earn credit.

Here's an example. You want 1,000 visitors and willing to pay $.01 per click. That's $10 total. ClixSense charges an additional %20 surcharge, so your total cost would be $11.42 for 1,000 visitors.

Want to be one of those viewers and get paid for viewing ads. As a fr.ee member, only a handful of ads are displayed daily. As a premium member ($10 per year), the click fees increase and you are provided with more ads to view. Some of the more big-time advertisers pay as much as $5.00 per view. I can't say that I've seen any yet, but ClixSense makes the claim. You can convert your earnings to credits that can be used towards your own advertising campaign.

USFreeAds - Turns out this is a great place to post classified ads! You can post up to two ads here that run for 30 days. You receive a renewal notice about a week before and can renew it. Many categories are available, so I'm sure you're find one that fits your offer.

WordLinx - If you have your own website, you can buy thousands of visitors starting at just $0.01 each. I purchased a "1,000 visitor" package for $12. Although I did receive the hits, I didn't get any signups [for GDI]. Maybe other programs will fair better. Also, it might be better to wait until you've earned $6.50 and then try out their 500 visitor package.

UniqueHitz - When you enter information about the web site you're promoting, you create three multiple-choice questions that visitors have to answer correctly to earn credit for visiting your page.

They will have to read through your page to find the correct answers and there's no timer to rush them either. The more credits you have, the more page views you get. You earn credits by reading web sites and answering all three question on each web site. The best part is--you only have to read up to four sites daily. So you can easily fit this into your schedule.
